At the beginning of May, we sent via mail a survey to all our current owners. Olympus/Nelson Property Management has long prided itself on its customer service, and we're asking you to let us know how we're doing. I. At Olympus/Nelson, we池e investigating options to accept tenant payments via eCheck, ACH debits, and credit card payments. Are you interested in allowing your tenants to make their payments via these methods online? Would you be willing to be charged back for the cost of such transactions, which would be approximately $0.29 each?

II. We are also looking into preparing owner statements for emailing and online viewing. Would you prefer to receive your statements electronically, via mail, or both?

III. For statements sent electronically, currently we have the option of sending the owner activity statement and rent rolls as pdfs. We池e working on implementing a report that would summarize and total expenses by ledger code. You could save on postage by having these forms emailed to you. Would you prefer to receive these, or would you want the entirety of the monthly backup mailed to you?
