Here are things you can expect when you live in a property we manage.

  • Prompt Maintenance Service -- any time you have a maintenance problem, you can call us about it. We have a 24-hour emergency line and someone on call at all times. Please see our Contact page for the phone number, or use the online maintenance ticket system. Moreover, we aim to resolve all maintenance issues within twenty-four hours.
  • Regular Inspections -- On a regular basis we will have a contractor or one of our staff inspect your unit. We'll look for water leaks, change the a/c filter (in some properties), and test the smoke detector. You'll receive a note giving you twenty-four hours notice any time we need to enter the property.
  • Issue Resolution -- Have a problem with a noisy neighbor? Notice that the trash service isn't being picked up? Call our office, and we'll take care of the problem.
We also work with tenants on lease violations, handling pet agreements, and rent payments. Our office staff is ready to help you with anything you need; just give us a call!
